Notes:

  • The calendar is set to NZ time (approx. 12 hours ahead of Europe and 16 hours ahead of US East Coast)
  • The same fees applies for associated conferences
  • For Academic and Corporate the fees covers all conference activities listed in the program (except workshops).
  • Payment of the listed fees provides access to all conferences: SEC 2013 and associated conferences.
  • For Guests the fee covers: Opening reception, Conference dinner and Cultural Event. “Guests” means: spouses or partners accompanying conference delegate; Fee cover conference dinner, reception and cultural event only
  • Students must submit letter from their supervisor attesting to their status.
  • You may pay for attending workshop(s) only.
  • Fees to be paid in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Currently (April): 1€ = $ 1.579 NZD, $ 1 USD = $ 1.2110 NZD
  • Cancellation fees of $ 75 if done in writing (email or fax) before 1st May 2013. There is no refund after 1st May 2013.
  • Places at both workshops are limited. Academic and Industry delegates has priority to attend these workshop. We reserved a number of places for others. So, if you plan to attend the workshop only, then your registration could be declined.
